About

Three founders. Two exits. One conviction.

We spent our careers building data businesses and running enterprise transformation programmes. Kallidin exists because we kept solving the same problem for different clients — and decided it was time to solve it at scale.

How it started

We've solved this problem before, for different clients.

John and Warwick spent fifteen years building data analytics businesses together — two exits, the same co-founders. Sam spent three decades on enterprise transformation. The client conversations kept repeating: our AI programmes are stalling, we can't show ROI, the foundation isn't ready.

Designing the ADO, we realised something: the platform we were building would have transformed how Aquila and Forth Point ran — handling the work that consumed our analysts' time, freeing them for strategy instead of execution.

Kallidin is what happened next.

The Founders

Built by people who've done it before.

John Brodie

Two data exits — Aquila Insight to Dentsu Merkle (2017), Forth Point to Blend360 (2023). On the Data Lab's governance board and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Edinburgh's AI Accelerator. He has seen, from the inside, exactly what the ADO transforms.

Warwick Beresford-Jones

Co-founded Aquila Insight and Forth Point with John — the technical backbone behind both exits. At Kallidin, leads the agent architecture, Unified Semantic Layer, and the adversarial governance design that proves outputs right, not assumes them correct.

LinkedIn

Sam Riddington

Three decades of enterprise transformation at IBM iX, Accenture, and Deloitte — programmes at Vodafone, AstraZeneca, FIFA. He has seen more AI programmes stall than most people have built, and the clearest view of why.

How we work

A few things we won't compromise on.

We work with our clients, not just for them.

Genuine collaboration. Honest when something isn't working. Invested in the result long after the engagement ends. Partners in the problem, not vendors with a scope of work.

We don't ship work we're not proud of.

If an approach won't hold up, we redesign it. If an answer is wrong, we say so. The same standard the Mathematical Critic holds the ADO to.

Senior people, all the way through.

The consultants who scope your engagement are the ones who deliver it. No handoff to a junior team after the contract is signed. Accountable to results, not deliverables.

Rigour over reassurance.

We'd rather tell you something uncomfortable and useful than something comfortable and wrong. True in the boardroom. True in the architecture.

Tell us where you're stuck.
